A #10 can of green beans was severely dented and was stored with wholesome cans in the kitchen.
A scraper was present in the basin of the back kitchen hand sink.
In the front line hot hold, one case was holding chicken 131�°F-133�°F.
A spray nozzle was present down stream of the atmospheric vacuum breaker on the mop sink.
Paper towels were not provided to the drive thru hand sink.
The lid to the bulk container of cloe slaw was cracked.
A wheel was missing from a kitchen preparation table, and a food storage container was being used in place of the wheel to hold up the preparation table. The kitchen can storage shelf was lined with card board, and the shelf was rusty. The shelves in the walk-in refrigerator were rusty. The three-compartment sink lacked caulking. The soda syrup tower was heavily soiled with debris. The bottom shelf of the main kitchen preparation table was soiled with food debris. The speed racks in the walk-in refrigerator were soiled with food debris. The walk-in refrigerator door gasket was soiled with debris.
The front hand sink caulking was loose.
Several titles were missing from the walls of the walk-in refrigerator. Several floor titles were missing by the three-compartment sink. The floor coving was chipped by the walk-in refrigerator. The wall under the drive-thur counter top was soiled with debris. There were several small holes in the wall by the drive-thur window. The floor under the cook line equipment was soiled with debris. The wall on the west side of the fry line was soiled. Several floor titles were missing by the cook line. The area around the back door was heavily soiled with debris. The cook line ceiling was soiled with debris.
