An employee was observed changing gloves before first washing their hands.
An employee was observed dumping ice in a hand sink across from the cleaning supply closet. Uncooked french fries were observed in the basin of the hand sink in the ware washing area.
Sliced cheese was stored on the preparation line at 46�°F. Creamy garlic sauce and BBQ ranch sauce was stored on the preparation line at 65�°F and 67�°F respectively.
The hand sink next to the burger fryer and the hand sink next to the fry hot holding unit had no cold water.
The hand sink in the ware washing area was obstructed by a trash can.
