Violation descriptions and comments

Packages of whipped butter were stored on the front service line by the hot holding station at 55�°F. Eggs mixed with sausage was 57�°F on the cold top on the cook line. BBQ ranch sauce and creamy garlic sauce were stored above the cold holding unit at 75�°F and 78�°F respectively.
The hand sink next to the french fry hot holding unit was obstructed by a mop bucket.
Caulking on the 3-compartment sink was in poor repair. The caulking on the mop sink was in poor repair.
The door gaskets on the salad cooler on the cook line, the reach-in refrigerator next to the first drive through window, the reach-in refrigerator next to the fryer were torn.
The mop sink basin was soiled with debris. The faucet in the women's restroom was not securely attached to the sink.
Light shields were missing above the fry holder next to the first drive through window.
A pair of eye glasses were stored on the drain board of the preparation sink next to the second drive through window.
