I highly recommend NOT emailing. I've emailed countless times w/attachments...they claimed to never receive the attachments. Also sent via wetransfer and Dropbox...never downloaded!! They told me when I saw them in person that their system was not equipped to download attachments!! HUH? GO THERE IN PERSON. Worked for me....eventually.
