I went to exercise session yesterday and noticed for the umpteenth time, (my Dad always used that word, 'umpeenth', and I liked it), that she was writing in a book.

She is leaving her 'legacy' in a book to my Son, and one to my Daughter, about her life history.
She is going to put both of them in brown paper bags, and when she dies, each one will get a book from her.

Well, this is my legacy of sorts, they can read about my thoughts as long as City Data is up and...

My Wife has been very busy lately...

Doing things for the Neighbor, taking them to the Doctors, and other places, since they sideswiped thier car a month or so ago.

She ran into someone who is going to give her pictures and letters of some Great Aunt and pictures of her Great Great Grandfather that no one has!

Its wonderful that all her helpfullness pays off, and the LORD smiles on her for all her good deeds, and may she keep doing them.

I have been reflecting for a very long time on this, and have finally come up with why I have been so blessed in so many ways.

My Wife.

My Wife would do almost anything for anyone with in her abilities. Old people come to depend on her, because she is so helpful and knowledgeable, and able to do so much where thier family members and often Social Workers wont or can not do, but, she can circumvent around them and get things done!

Today I go to the YMCA to work out as I usually do on the weekdays. The weekends are reserved for my Wife to 'play', so if I dont get my three days from Monday to Friday, Im just out of luck, because she absolutely refuses to give up her weekends now LOL... (cant blame her, she runs for everyone else, so, every wolf has to have a bit of running room and room to howl .

Ive varried my routine now.
Intstead of doing heavy lifting with a lot of weights and few repetitions,...

One thing about living in the same Town that you were born in, you get to see how it either lives or dies as time goes by.

Also, you get to see the people you grew up with infrequently or on a continuous basis.

I have noticed the passing of quite a few classmates lately.

I watched as my Six Grade Classmates have passed, and now I am seeing those whom I have went to High School with, also passing.

Why people are dying so young, is beyond me,...
