Many homeowners consider doing improvements to their home. I'm no exception--I did MAJOR renovations to my home in Cranford, NJ, a couple of year ago to add considerable living space with a kitchen/family room addition, master suite, and a patio. Now, we chose to do these renovations so that we can enjoy our home for a long time to come. But what if I were to try selling my home this spring? Would the improvements we've made to our house help sell it?
