My attempt to explain the objective basis of morality

This was my response to a post claiming that God is required for morality to exist.

Texas weather does get a little funny now and then. In many cases, it can be downright crazy and downright unpredictable. But there are going to be those times when meteorologists and Mother Nature tend to play with your emotions.

I had gone to work prepared like a lot of other folks did. The forecast did call for a 100 percent chance of thunderstorms. That would be rain, thunder, lightning, gusty winds, and maybe some small hail.

Family Relocating to Denver

I know there are a lot of posts on here from people looking for advice on moving to Denver but I am going to have to add one more! We are a family of five that will be relocating to the Denver area from Pennsylvania in June. We have made two trips out to tour the area, look at homes and schools etc. We have 3 children ages 15, 11 and 7. I would welcome any feedback on the best family friendly areas of the greater Denver area. From our own searching we are currently interested in Parker, SE...
