All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Must fix ice machine lid, cooler door gasket in rear that's in poor repair; & cutting board with deep/dark grooves must be sanded/bleached.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. Must clean floors in basement, under shelves & equipment.

MUST PROPERLY STORE WASH CLOTHS IN SANITIZING SOLUTION AT ALL TIMES.
MUST CLEAN FLOORS AT BEHIND SERVICE COUNTER AREA TO REMOVE FOOD DEBRIS.
MUST REPAIR 1DR COOLER GASKET AT FRONT SERVICE AREA.
MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE BOTTOM SHELVES OF DOUGNUT DISPLAY CASES TO REMOVE CRUMBS AND FOOD DEBRIS, INTERIOR BOTTOM SHELF OF ALL COOLERS.ALSO MUST CLEAN DISPENSERS AT MILK DISPENSING MACHINE.
