All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. Must re-seal/attach the back of handsink in rear, to the wall.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. Any loose/cracked baseboard tiles by the water tank area must be replaced. Dusty condenser/fan guard of walk-in cooler must be kept clean also.
All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. All employee belongings must stored separately & away from food storage shelves.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE FLOORS AND BASEBOARDS UNDER THE WALK-IN COOLER AND REGISTER AREAS SO THEY ARE SMOOTH AND SANITARY FROM CORNER TO CORNER.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. THE WEST ICE DISPENSER HAS SOME BUILDUP ON THE CHUTE, WASH, RINSE AND SANITIZE THE ICE MACHINE AND CHUTE.

The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. THE FLOORS ARE DIRTY UNDER THE HOT WATER HEATER AREA, CLEAN THE FLOOR IN DETAIL.

OBSERVED SOME ICE BUILD-UP ON THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE CONDENSER FAN OF THE FRONT COOLER-MUST CLEAN & MAINTAIN. All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair.
(7-38-012) NO ONE ON PREMISES WITH A CITY SANITATION CERTIFICATE WHILE HANDLING, PREPPING, SERVING FOOD (TUNA/SEAFOOD SALADS, HOT OR COLD SANDWICHES). A certified food service manager must be present in all establishments at which potentially hazardous food is prepared or served.
