Violation descriptions and comments

All food shall be protected from contamination and the elements, and so shall all food equipment, containers, utensils, food contact surfaces and devices, and vehicles. Found the interior parts/attachments of the ice machine with lime/or yellowish residue build-up on areas where water passes thru (where the ice cubes are processed). Must clean/sanitize & maintain. Ice, as food, must be protected from any possible contaminants. Unit tagged.
A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed to have been committed for each Minor violation that is not corrected upon re-inspection by the health authority. Previous minor violations from May 7/09 (report #157431), not corrected at this time: #35-must seal any holes/openings around pipes, conduits,soda lines on walls or ceiling to prevent pest entry; #38-must provide a hook for the 3-comp sink sprayer to prevent back siphonage, if sprayer below water level of sink water.
