All parts of the food establishment and all parts of the property used in connection with the operation of the establishment shall be kept neat and clean and should not produce any offensive odors. MUST ELIMINATE ALL CLUTTERED AREAS IN ALL CLOSETS AND STORAGE ROOMS.
All food and non-food contact surfaces of equipment and all food storage utensils shall be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily. CLEAN ALL DUSTY CUBBY HOLES, SHELVES & SURFACES WHERE TOYS ARE STORED. CLEAN MOP SINK.
The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. FLOORS THROUGHOUT ROOM MUST BE DETAIL CLEANED ALL ALONG THE BASES OF THE WALLS, IN CORNERS, UNDERNEATH AND BEHIND ALL HEAVY EQUIPMENT, TOYS ETC.
The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE ALL STAINED CEILING TILES THROUGHOUT. REPAIR HOLE & PAINT WALL IN REAR ROOM OF KITCHEN AREA, PAINT WALLS AROUND PIPES IN WALL BY GREASE TRAP IN SAME AREA. PAINT REPAIRED WALL IN EMPLOYEE WASHROOM. SEAL ALL LOOSE BASEBOARDS THROUGHOUT. CLEAN WALLS AROUND MOP SINK IN CLOSET. FINISH REPAIRING FRONT DOORS TO DAYCARE AND LEFT FRONT OUTER DOOR AND CENTER AREA.
