MUST CLEAN AND MAINTAIN THE INTERIOR OF THE MICROWAVE (ONE OF THE TWO) IN THE TEACHER'S LOUNGE ROOM.
VIOLATION # 35 HAS BEEN CORRECTED.
MUST DEFROST THE FRENCH FRIES FREEZER ,WITH HEAVY ICE ACCUMULATED. MUST REMOVE RUST AND CLEAN THE EXTERIOR OF THE GREASE BOX UNDER THE 3 COMPT SINK, AND THE DISH MACHINE AND MAINTAIN.
MUST REPAIR THE EXPOSED HAND SINK IN THE PREP AREA, DRAINING VERY SLOW.

Instructed to remove, detail clean areas and sanitize. Serious citation issued 7-38-020.
