The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR DRAIN IN FRONT OF THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.
OBSERVED RESTROOM TOILET IMPROPERLY MAINTAINED. THE HANDLE TO FLUSH THE TOILET HAS BEEN BROKEN. TO FLUSH THE TOILET YOU MUST REMOVE THE TOILET TANK COVER AND PUSH DOWN ON A PLUNGER LOCATED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE ENCLOSED WATER TANK. MUST REPAIR THE TOILET SO THAT IT CAN BE FLUSHED PROPERLY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030.
One copy of the Food Inspection Report Summary must be displayed and visible to all customers. PREVIOUS INSPECTION REPORT SUMMARY FROM 3/4/09 WAS NOT VISIBLE. IT WAS STORED IN A FRAME ON THE WALL BEHIND ANOTHER SHEET OF PAPER. MANAGER WAS GIVEN A COPY OF TODAY'S INSPECTION REPORT SUMMARY AND WAS INSTRUCTED TO POST IT SO THAT IT IS IN VIEW OF ALL CUSTOMERS.
