All food establishments that display, prepare, or store potentially hazardous food shall have adequate refrigerated food storage facilities. FOUND ONE REFRIGERATION UNIT HOLDING AN AIR TEMP OF 58.6F. INSTRUCTED THAT UNITS MUST BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN FOOD AT 40F OR BELOW. UNIT IS A POP COOLER. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO USE COMMERCIAL FOOD REFRIGERATION UNITS.
