INSTRUCTED THAT UNITS MUST BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN FOOD AT 40F OR BELOW. UNIT IS A POP COOLER. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO USE COMMERCIAL FOOD REFRIGERATION UNITS. UNIT TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION AND MUST BE INSPECTED BY THE CHICAGO DEPT. OF HEALTH PRIOR TO USING AND/OR REPLACED WITH THE PROPER FOOD HOLDING UNIT.
