Containers and utensils shall be inverted, covered, or otherwise protected from contamination until used. All single-service drinking straws and containers shall be discarded immediately after use. MUST INVERT ALL MULTI USE UTENSIL, FLAT WARE, POTS, AND PANS TO PROTECT FROM CONTAMINATION
