All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. NEED TO PROVIDE A DRAIN LINES FOR THE POP GUN HOLDER BEHIND THE BAR AREA.ALSO MUST RELOCATE THE POP GUN HOLDER FROM ABOVE THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK,WHICH FAUCET NOT ABLE TO REACH THE THIRD COMPARTMENT SINK(SOUTH SIDE),FAUCET MUST REACH ALL 3 COMPARTMENT SINK. SPLASH GUARD MUST BE INSTALLED AT EXPOSED HAND SINK BETWEEN THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND ICE BIN BEHIND BAR AREA.NEED TO PROVIDE SPLASH GUARD TO THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK IN PREP AREA BETWEEN THE EXPOSED HAND SINK AND 3 COMPARTMENT SINK.(SURFACE MUST BE FOOD GRADE, SMOOTH, CLEANABLE AND NON-ABSORBENT MATERIAL. The walls and ceilings shall be in good repair and easily cleaned. REPLACE MISSING BASEBOARD AT LEDGE OF WALL UNDER THE FRONT WINDOWS. NEED TO DETAIL CLEAN WALL UNDER THE 3 COMPARTMENT SINK OF BAR AND PREP AREA(GREASY AND GRIMES BUILD-UP).NEED TO SEAL ALL HOLES THROUHGOUT THE PREMISES INCLUDING THE CEILING WALL IN REAR AREA(LEAKING).REMOVE PEELING PAINT THROGHOUT AND PAINT.
