  • Critical. Observed accumulation of debris in warewashing machine and associated equipment. Water resevoir at front of auto dishwasher heavily soiled with black/brown/green gooey substance. Corrected On Site.
  • Dishware not cleared of gross food and waste prior to being placed in sink/dishmachine. Several large ladles hanging with clean utensils-heavily soiled.
  • Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses-left on prep table at cookline.
  • Critical. Observed toxic item stored by food. Spray bottle-glass cleaner stored with cooking wines and sherry type marinades.
  • Wet mop not hung to dry-le t in mop bucket..

  • No copy of latest inspection report.
  • Critical. No proof of required employee training provided. All public food service establishments must provide the division with proof of employee training upon request, including, but not limited to, at the time of any division inspection of the establishment. Proof must be available at next unannounced inspection.
