  • Critical. Stop Sale issued due to adulteration of food product-one can of black olives.
  • Critical. Observed processed ready-to-eat, potentially hazardous food held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Sour cream in walk-in cooler.
  • Critical. Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Shredded cheese in reach-in cooler: 47 F.
  • Critical. Observed food being cooled by nonapproved method. Shreeded cheese lumped in pan and set in reach-in cooler at 47 F. Suggested cooling mozzarella on sheet pan in walk-in cooler then placing in deep pan for holding.
  • Multiuse food-contact surface not smooth, free of breaks/cracks/chips/pits/crevices. Several clear plastic containers.
  • Observed cutting board grooved/pitted and no longer cleanable-several boards throughout facility.
  • Observed old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning.
  • Critical. Observed container of flammable material over 5 gallons stored in establishment-lp type space heat lamps on dining porch. For reporting purposes only.
