Well... my statement that they are "Bethel based" wasn't quit correct. I should have said "originally Bethel based".
That may be a sore spot for more than just you, as they didn't mention Bethel at all that I remember. Everyone was introduced as being from some particular area in Anchorage. The female singer, Karina Moller, was introduced as "From Greenland ... and East 4th Avenue", which of course gets giggles from us older folks.
Their webpage and the flyers posted around town all said they are from Anchorage.
I did very much enjoy the music and humor though.
