MY CAMERA WONT WORK IN THIS COLD! Its -40 in fairbanks and as soon as the air touches my camera it dies.

Lovely images, Michael...Deb, the photos of the mine I posted were of Independence Mine. Kennicott is my next 'mine' goal...I love history.

Rance - beautiful as always. I love the last one with the lovely 'halo' effect.

I traveled a bit north last eve and quite literally froze my arse (damned coffee) but I did manage to see the Aurorae, though not as bright as I would've liked. Of course the show began AFTER I returned home...figures.
