Aren't those dogs cold? Compared to how the people are bundled up, I would think the animals HAVE to be cold. Poor babies.

From what I've read about mushing the dogs aren't cold at all. Their too pumped up with energy & they acclimate.

Default Pictures of my trip

I have attached a few pictures for your viewing. I visited Fairbanks and the surrounding areas the first week of December and had a GRAND time! It was my best vacation ever! I am now addicted to the Aurora, which will be a problem because I live in San Diego, CA.

I will post more later, and thank you to everyone who offered their advice and information; it was priceless!

It was so much fun! The dogs were really excited, and it was very cold, but so lovely. I enjoyed the trip immensely! I wish I lived in the Interior!
