I think she will play well in the South and perhaps in the rural West.

As far as with the urban West (and keep in mind they are tilting back from the Republicanism of Rove-Bush already) and with independents in general, she does more harm than good for McCain by far.

Plus she has truly energized the Obama crowd.

In the interest of equal time. I think that if you are a republican voter, please take acute notice of this thread. It's not ok to make shameless gossip (if not blatant lying) to try to get ahead in the political process. In fact, it will more likely backfire on you.

When you see people on the republican side get overzealous or outright sleazy, please remember this thread and not to stoop to such a low level. It's dishonest, it shows poor character and it reflects badly upon you and your political organization.

equal time, yes, you have the right to equal time and freedom of speech. I think what gets everyone up in arms is the smears and hatchet job being done on Sarah Palin and more her family. There is a group out there, that just can't keep from doing anything they can to dig up something, true or otherwise. This is being done more on the left side, than the right. Of course both sides are guilty, this is politics.

if you call digging as deep as you can for gossip, yes, she has energized the Obama camp.

.

And the Mccain camp hasn't done the same with Obama?

I'm a Nader supporter myself, but it seems that the Republicans need to get the focus on sleaze vs issues, or it's going to be a route.

Which is what Rove, et al, have done/tried for the past 3 election cycles.

No, Palin's own words are enough to get them motivated.

I mean c'mon, we are in Iraq because it's "A job from God"?!!

Majority knows it was/is all about oil.

Which is why Palin hurts far more than she helps John.

Rance, shortly after I got back here I saw some celebrity on TV talking about the poor wolves. I started thinking that maybe the answer isn't shooting them from planes, but rather relocating them to So Cal.

99% of celebrities have no clue about the real world and it's wildlife. They just like to hear themselves talk. Like all critters there needs to be population control.
