Whitesilla probably means a racial profiling of Wasilla where she believes the entire population to be caucasian's who dont like outsiders.

For the most part, I agree with you. I am the type who typically orders foods that are the least processed. I rarely eat anything that isn't and usually only when my husbands family (from a village) come's to town, they want to hit some of those places. However, my point was just asking what was going on with the building and such....I never really wanted it to be an argument on the quality of food within said building.

FYI: My husband is native and so are my children, while I am not. So you can see why the remark upset me.

The bus rocks, Warpt

Jason, I completely understand.

Did you ever see that video taken of workers at a fast food restaurant when they thought they weren't being observed? Some of the things they did to the "food"...well...it was quite beyond vulgar.

It never was an argument; Arguing online is fruitless. I will concur that taco bell food tastes very good and likewise, is very bad for you. I was commenting on bad food in general and attempting to imply that you should try to healthy. Eat whatever makes you happy though, life is short.

Actually it has nothing to do with race at all.

I've heard of workers at fast food restaurants doing all sorts of evil things to the food although that isnt the only reason I wouldnt eat there. I imagine even at nice restaurants people do things bad to the food...especially when something different is ordered or returned to the cook for being slightly incorrect. I dont eat fast food anymore for health reasons and it saves money.

Snow would be the only other thing I could guess but everywhere in Alaska has snow so that would be a rather pointless name.

I'm a chef. I've never seen anyone do anything in any place I've ever worked at that would be on par to what can happen in fast food establishments. Professionals take pride in their work. Though I suppose it has happened a few times, given the law of averages.
