Although, I think that's how their Seattle hub works.

This is about the most accurate statement you have made this year. Congratulation!

I changed my answer from Spring st to the Gulch because of this statement

Just like Virginia-Highland, Poncey-Highland, Candler-McAfee, etc. The station Allen-McGill would be for neighborhood/district—not because it is directly under or on the intersection.
i was a little confused by where you meant honestly. i've never heard of allen-mcgill, i'm ashamed to say i thought you were talking about some brownfield site i had never heard of for a minute there. would 'allen mcgill' be like everywhere from the aquarium in the southwest to the old fourth ward in the northeast?

Lawmaker: Revive plans for downtown Atlanta passenger terminal

After looking at this there is no way any other area should get HQ2

Yes, to a degree...

Its heart would be the intersection of Ivan Allen Boulevard, Ralph McGill Boulevard, and Peachtree Street. It would include the current "neighborhoods/districts" of "SoNo," "Centennial Hill," and "Allen Plaza."

Its southern boundary is Baker Street; its eastern boundary is Piedmont Avenue; its northern boundary is North Avenue; its western boundary is Techwood Drive (COP Drive) south of Mills Street--north of Mills Street the western boundary is Williams Street.

From the first post of this thread:

2. Allen-McGill
*The area stretching across North Downtown from the Pemberton Place to the former Civic Center.
*Nearby MARTA Stations: Civic Center (Allen-McGill), Peachtree Center, and North Avenue

Allen-McGill
a district of Downtown Atlanta

The leading candidate is most likely Perimeter. I know the in town crowd is rolling their eyes, but it's true.

- 50,000 employees that are all going to take MARTA? Not likely. Car access and parking will be very important. Most of their employees will drive to work.
- Every large tech company is based in a suburban location except for Amazon. Amazon is frustrated with their current location.
- Perimeter allows for a shuttle to the MARTA train, buses, and easy access to all the white collar employees from Midtown to Windward. Basically, this is the middle of where most of their employees will live.
