North of North Avenue along Spring Street in Midtown--including the AT&T Building. Plus, parking lots north of Varsity, across from AT&T, and behind the Fox Theatre.

I could see that, and it would be cool. Still, it would be nice to see the Gulch redeveloped and this Amazon thing seems like the first realistic possibility in a LONG time.

No. It is better if Amazon is the Spring Street Corridor of Midtown.

The focus of the Gulch right now should be the MMPT--to be called Grand Five Points Station.

Then, additional Gulch/Downtown Atlanta development will follow--and with ease.

I agree. The problem with the Gulch site is access for commuters, and an elite transportation hub would alleviate most of that problem.

The poll results here overwhelmingly support the Gulch as the best potential site.

If Atlanta gets Amazon, it would be a huge shocker if it was not the Gulch.

I like the Gulch site.

However, the Spring Street Corridor of Midtown would be better.

That's cool that that's your opinion. Fair enough.

But you're definitely very much in the minority on that belief, and IMO with good reason.
