I could see that, and it would be cool. Still, it would be nice to see the Gulch redeveloped and this Amazon thing seems like the first realistic possibility in a LONG time.

No. It is better if Amazon is the Spring Street Corridor of Midtown.
The focus of the Gulch right now should be the MMPT--to be called
Grand Five Points Station .
Then, additional Gulch/Downtown Atlanta development will follow--and with ease.
