I've only been to Buckhead Atlanta once and that was to shake shack. It has a nice atmosphere but it is too luxurious with phipps and lenox just down the road. Being open air probably doesn't help its case either.

German-backed private equity firm Jamestown has reportedly closed on its purchase of The Shops Buckhead Atlanta according to multiple sources familiar with the transaction, but who spoke to ToNeTo Atlanta on the condition of anonymity given the transaction has not yet been made public. The purchase, which reportedly closed last week, gives the beleaguered center its third overall owner. Sources familiar with the transaction indicated the purchase price was between $175 million and $200 million.

They need to get some new retail blood there that will generate return customers

- a Barneys
- a Century 21
- a Uniqlo

an Apple Store would have been cool, but Lenox is too close.

Not sure that "Barney's" would inspire repeat business. either. Really wealthy people don't ONLY wear couture; they usually wear basic clothing like anyone else. Their "basics" may be higher quality and a little more expensive, but paying thousands of dollars for EVERY outfit is something that NO ONE does. The ones that seem to are just flashy and not really "rich", just deeply in debt.
