That didn't explain anything. How about starting by listing which restaurants increased their prices by 10% and then calculate how much of that increase is directly attributable to wage increase? (hint: you can do that easily by checking the price increases of national chains nationwide vs price increases in California) I'll be right here waiting for your report.

Soviet Union was a socialist state, and they called their system so. This is stated in all their history and political science textbooks and newspaper publications.

In late Soviet Union, it was considered that Communist is unachievable within short time period, so the Socialism was the official system.
