This is accurate.

Yes totally accurate. Just open your eyes and look.... A few weeks ago I went to dinner in a shopping center in Irvine. I was very surprised to see it was 100% Asian. Restaurants, stores, bakery's, it was packed and I was the only blonde.

Accurate because Finper sees it. No actual research/studies/statistics required!

If the OP wanted statistics, instead of people's personal experiences and anecdotes, why didn't he just look them up?

I have teenage daughters so I am at the mall (Irvine Spectrum, Fashion Island, South Coast Plaza), a LOT. The other day at South Coast while I was waiting for them to come out of Sephora I carefully observed the other shoppers walking by. In my totally informal and probably ridiculously inaccurate and biased observation , there were about ten Asian and/or Middle Eastern people for every one Caucasian.

Similarly, we were in one of the Irvine public libraries recently and there was a tiny handful of Caucasians there among about 95% Asians.

You can spout statistics about the state of California all you want, but I have lived for 47 years in Orange County and the demographics HAVE absolutely changed and become strongly Asian and Middle Eastern in certain cities.

I agree California is not friendly to white, middle class and certainly not to conservatives and/or Christians. I would say as far as demographics definitely a lot of Hispanics moving there as they are now the majority. I moved from there about a year ago after being a fourth generation Californian. Sad what has happened to it IMO.

Ah so you're racist and scared of change, you'll do well elsewhere

Not racist in the the least but yes I love my new state. My opinion is that the California of today has gone downhill from yesterday's California because of MANY reasons. Many agree with that sentiment including people who have lived there 50 or more years in my family. BTW I must say I am totally surprised you called me a racist because no one is throwing that tired old insult left and right nowadays (sarcasm). Also change is not always for the good.
