You're missing the big boys

Google is slashing it's marketing budget:
https://www.cnbc.com/2020/04/23/goog...-expected.html

Cisco is slashing 500 jobs
https://www.crn.com/news/networking/...tainty-in-2020

More are coming.

Our business is off 90%. We're too small to make headlines, but we're directly tied to people going to work. This is way worse than the last one.

https://www.masstransitmag.com/alt-m...-economic-pain

Uber laid off 14% of its workforce in California, 3700 workers.

Lyft laid off 982.

AirBNB has furloughed 1900 workers.

Looks like that $10 billion Newsom borrowed for unemployment may not even last until the end of the Summer.

I don’t know where you saw a “laughing emote” but it certainly wasn’t from me in this thread.
I consider what Governor Newsom is doing to the California economy ignorant, fascist, politically driven, and IMO criminal.

Newsom is destroying people’s livelihoods and ability to feed their families. I consider his destruction of the CA economy a very serious issue and I’m trying to shine a light upon it in the best way I know how, show the people being hurt by Newsoms misguided lockdown policy.

I want Californians to be prosperous, but I also want them to realize just how bad Newsom is for that goal. Don’t mistake my intentions.
