How is that hate?

In my initial response, I said that Beverly Hills was nice, but I listed 10 other communities in CA I'd prefer over it. None of these cities (Beverly Hills or other) are for us mere mortals and if we could afford a house in any of them, highly likely we'd do so.

Some people have other criteria besides the size of the mega mansion to determine what is best.

I like seclusion and in Beverly Hills you get that. Not so much in Newport Beach but Newport Beach does have its appeal, I mean Kobe Bryant even lived there.

How would you know that if you never been there? Population of Beverly Hills 35,000. Not especially secluded, except maybe inside of your walled yard.

Doesn't look very secluded to me....

The way Houses are aligned. Because I want to be the only House in the vicinity.

Seems that you're only looking at the LA/OC area. If you looked at my initial post, you would've noted that some of the other cities, such as Hillsborough, Atherton, Los Altos Hills and Rancho Santa Fe provide even more seclusion and are every bit as wealthy (if not more so) than Beverly Hills.

Why ask this question as to what is nicest in all of California, if you're only focusing on LA?

Anyone over 35 would know that's the zip code of Beverly Hills. It was only a nation-wide TV show for 10 years.

And you wonder why no one believes you're a millionaire...

Good luck with that in the middle of LA. It sounds like you're really more of a Marin County person, or a Santa Cruz Mountains person.

Look at the map I posted of Beverly Hills...you will be the only one on your 1/2 acre lot.

Because my understanding was LA is Heaven on Earth. Specifically Beverly Hills.

IDK those areas you mentioned, first I heard of them. Also it's not just about being secluded, I want an upscale vibe at the same time with there being no wildfires.
