What's all the hate for Musk? If you want to keep these companies, restructure your crazy taxes and unfriendly corporate atmosphere. California comes off as if they hate Capitalism.

Apple has been expanding their Texas operations like crazy the last 5 years and you seldom hear trash talk on Apple or Tim Cook. Is their much difference really ?

Apple plans another expansion of Austin office campus
Tech giant plots 215,000 square feet after spate of new filings

Quote:
Apple filed plans to build a five-story, 215,500-square-foot building core and shell at its Parmer Lane campus in Austin. Work is scheduled to begin in September and run through March 2025, according to filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The firm estimates the project, dubbed AC07, will cost $120 million, the same price tag it attached to filings last week for a separate, 200,000-square-foot building called AC09.

The tech firm appears to be moving into a renewed phase of construction at the campus, which has been under construction since 2019. On top of the two recent filings, Apple moved in September to complete a $46 million buildout in one of the structures, and just before the year ended, it filed to build 33,000 square feet of space in the 133-acre office park.
Or even Charles Schwab moving out of San Francisco.

Charles Schwab moved its HQ to North Texas. Now its San Francisco HQ building is for sale.

He's not even a conservative, he just points out obvious things, but for some reason the left can't handle it.

This is his depiction of how he came to be considered "conservative"

LOL What? Texas is apparently to backwards and stupid to develop it's own tech ecosystem that creates these billion-dollar tech enterprises so all they have is cheap land and tax breaks to throw at companies to relocate there.

And you think you're coming here to preach to us about something? Like Texas is better? LOL create something then we'll talk, until then you're a cheap alternative. Good for you.

It is funny, especially when it all makes rational sense. I live in the south and I’ll bet I still lived in California way longer than you have. Please point me where the rules are posted where you must only post in the forum for the state you reside in currently.
I’ll wait lol

This is probably the same smug arrogance that allowed the south to take away so much from Hollywood in the motion picture and tv business.

Lol that sounds like a back office.
But, that's enough for tax purposes.

You think conservatives haven't gone off the deepend since 2016? That's complete garbage. Trump supporters today vociferously hate Romney and McCain who were literal GOP presidential candidates. Your meme is clearly flawed.

Yeah. So much so that Amazon Prime Video set up shop in LA. So did Netflix. So did AppleTV.

Which headquarters moved to the south? Where do all the writers, producers, directors, and talent live?
