Hi all, I was wondering what are the best neighbourhoods to look within 500k and is a easy commute downtown. Thanks!

It really depends on what you're looking for in a neighborhood and a home.
You can buy a lot of house in a lot of places for 500k.
And they can all be very different.
I usually ask my clients for their wish list in a home, community and area
and then we peck away from there with what is possible and what is not.
A little more specific information and details will help greatly!!

Thanks Kathy. I am looking for an updated house within 500k around centercity and it has just been an uphill task. I have not found a single house in Dilworth for 500k wch is to my liking.Im also not looking for a lot of sq footage. Just abt 2000-2500 but some how have not been able to find a house!

I am not certain exactly what specifically you're looking for, but I just checked the MLS and there are several properties that have
been updated and look pretty nice.

Hard to beat Cotswold! There are some beautiful homes there for sale in your range and under. In particular, I saw one on Queen Charlotte's Ct you should check out
