mornin' all....the birds woke me this morning chirping loudly thru my open window!! All I can do is repeat the song playing on my TV...HALLEILUIA!! Spring/summer is here!!
Wife comes home tonight - yippie!
Off to Carowinds for 4-5 hrs with the girls, then home to mow the lawn (again).
I love this time of year EXCEPT having to mow 2x a week.

We drove up to Boone of Sat. for DS's lacrosse game at Watauga HS. It was hot, but the boys played a great game & Mooresville won, YEAH! Today, we'll be staying home & doing stuff around the house.
I used to have the addy to forward emails to that are obvious fraud . . .and I got another one today from "Bank of Nigeria" ROFL!!! These things make me ill. I usually just hit delete but it is worrisome b/c they had my email address. So I was wondering where to forward this to the feds. It is from a gmail address and asks that one reply to that addy, so obviously it is an active address (but probably forwarded many times to get to final recipient). I just worry b/c there are people out there who may be duped by this stuff. This one re: inherited money and asks for the person's address, fax #, cell phone #, etc. Good grief. I know it is hard to believe that anyone would not recognize this as spam, but . . . So if anyone knows where to forward this garbage, let me know.
Yesterday I got one coat of paint up in the bonus room (12 x 16?), a really nice spa silver gray/blue. Today I finished planting my hydrangia's in pots with impatients. A couple flowers to finish up the island in the middle of the lawn and started with some azalea's in the bare island by our driveway. Pooped!

NN...just in case you're interested, there's a promotion for the All Star and the Coke 600 race tomorrow. About a thousand tickets combined and the dollar amount depends on the amount of cars in the biggest wreck at Talladega today. I haven't been able to watch because of the hockey game, but right now their big one stands at 14, meaning 14 bucks a ticket for either race. Those tickets go on sale at noon tomorrow.
