People cannot live a lifestyle eating horrible foods and soft drinks (liquid candy), not exercising, and expect to take a few pills to cure their ills.
We do not have a wellness industry, we have a sickness industry.
There is no incentive to cure anything, that does not pay very well.
What does pay well is getting you on a
subscription, er, a prescription for a drug for decades.
