My wife & I recently moved to the Chicago area. I was looking for a condo or townhome to buy in the Glenview area, and came across a property named Trafalgar Woods, which is in the adjacent town of Morton Grove. The builder is Lennar and the townhomes seem nice & reasonably priced in the low 300s. I can tell Morton Grove is no Glenview when it comes to areas like The Glen, but any opinions on Morton Grove overall, and this property specifically?

There are many townhouses that are veer unsellable. I woul not become enamoured of anything without a thorough investigation into the realistic competitive prices...

Thanks. And what you would recommend to do a a thorough investigation into the realistic competitive prices? I know of websites such as Zillow & Trulia. Any other suggestions?
