hehe, yes, we still have the ability to go to the grocery store when it snows here.
apparently they got a "BIG SNOW!" down in Tennessee, and my mom said that the news had one of their helicopters flying overhead showing the snow... but in a lot of places you could still see the grass, heh.
wimps.

My fridge in the snow storm:
Two half-finished six packs
Leftover fried rice in takeout box
Some produce I should throw away
A half stick of butter
A half-carton of OJ
A bunch of condiments
Yeah, I need to go to the store.

My mom went and bought fruits and veggies. We already had milk, eggs and juice. She did it last night since we were given an "extra" day (It was supposed to start snowing yesterday afternoon). She didnt want to have to go driving in the snow for anything forgotten. It took me 6 hours to get home from O'hare airport on tuesday, I dont blame her lol

Given that this storm didn't strike me as that much of a big deal, the thought never occurred to me to go to the store, so I didn't. And then I wake up to about 4-5 inches of snow, big deal.

I can walk to the grocery store, so no worries. I just don't buy as much beer. It's heavy.
