You go south on Springfield Pike through Wyoming and when it turns into Vine St. that's when Hartwell starts. Or if you get off 75 South at Exit 10 and turn right on Galbraith Rd. you'll be in Hartwell in about a minute. I'd definately put it in Cincinnati's best quarter of neighborhoods.

no, hartwell is part of cincinnati so the speed limit doesn't change, you are thinking of arlington heights.

The university was bounded by Clifton to the north and west, Fairview to west and south, and on the east by Corryville. University Heights and Clifton Heights are figments of the university's over-active imagination.

If you buy or rent a place south of Calhoun Street and west of Vine Street you'll have to tell the Duck Energy representatives you live in Fairview if you want your utilities transferred. At the corner of Ravine Street and McMillan is the old Fairview Village city hall, which later became a police precinct after the village was annexed by Cincinnasti.

Two of my great-grandmothers lived in English woods until 1982 and 1988. Both apartment complexes later became Section 8 housing and subsequently turned into mini-Baghdads.
