I just took these pictures yesterday, so I thought I'd share them with you guys...

The Chicago Skyline heading south along the lakefront, with the Hancock to the right.

The Trump is on it's way to completion! After only four years, it's already on it's 84th floor!

The famous Sears Tower looking west, towards the suburbs.

I don't know what this building is called, but it sure is beautiful!

The top of the Wrigley Building, a Chicago icon

And last but not least, Navy Pier with Lake Michigan's beautiful blue waters

IMO, Chicago's skyline is farrrr better than Miami's, but Miami certainly has the best skyline of the south.

Thumbs up Our Finest Chicago Connection!

The Wachovia building was designed by the prestigious Chicago architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings, and Merrill. At 764 feet, it was our tallest building for 20 years. It remains my favorite building in Miami even to this very day. It was so ahead of its time, it fits into today's skyline with no problem. The exquisite inverted triangle it creates at the top as viewed from the Rickenbacker Causeway I find to be absolutely stunning.

But most of these Miami photos that I use to showcase the Wachovia building are out of date, meaning they are a year old.

Miami's skyline is nothing more than shoddy half empty condo buildings.

Chicago has beautiful buildings with actual significance.

Not true! The residential buildings are filling up and not all of them were built recently, and there's also a bunch of office towers under construction now.

In this photo, the area designated Wynwood is actually our Edgewater/Arts District. Yes, we have an Edgewater just like Chicago.
