All 3 have experienced a population boom over the last 20 years and all of them are affordable compared to california or ny/nj but which one of them is the best city to live?

Please take into consideration;

Economy
Downtown
Suburbs
Future possibilities
Public transportation
Open mindness
Schools
Wages
Weather

etc.

Although Phoenix or Altlanta will probably pull ahead on this one, I like Orlando the best!
