All 3 have experienced a population boom over the last 20 years and all of them are affordable compared to california or ny/nj but which one of them is the best city to live?

Orlando would be my second pick though Phoenix is.more progressive

and no your thread is completely different you compare how progressive are 2 different STATES. my thread is not about how progressive some states are but about comparing 3 CITIES
Why? To put it bluntly, the other two aren't even in Atlanta's league.
how is phoenix not atlanta league? id live in phoenix-mesa over atlanta anyday
