Yikes! Both hot climates.

It's very dry but I guess Draper, UT because at least it snows in the winter and gets cold so you get some relief from the heat

Gulfport, MS or Burlington, VT?

Burlington, VT

Beautiful setting on Lake Champlain and gorgeous fall colors. Nice downtown. Close to Canada to explore. Prefer Vermont over Mississippi. Not too far from NYC, Boston, Providence, Hartford and Portland, ME for urban travels. Hurricanes & tropical storms in the Gulf region that are happening more frequently would be a concern for me living in Gulfport. Probably nice to visit, though.

The two largest cities in the Dakotas...

Fargo, ND or Sioux Falls, SD ?

Bartlesville, OK

It is a little larger (36k vs. 24k) and is the HQ of Phillips Petroleum. Closer to a major city: 45 miles to Tulsa.

Beatrice, NE or Keenesburg, CO ?

Keenesburg, closer to larger cities.

Murfreesboro. More prosperous city and closer to a major metro area (Nashville).

Steubenville, OH or Portsmouth, OH?

Steubenville, OH

Similar towns with about the same population. Only tiebreaker for me is that Steubenville is closer to a major city/metro area: 40 miles to Pittsburgh.

Northfield, MN or River Falls, WI ?
