Milwaukee and Pitt are like twin brothers and I have heard this from many people. Chicago is like NYC and Milwaukee is like Pitt. I just see the rest of the upper Midwest as unique. As far as Twin Cities like Philly I think these two cities couldn't be more farther apart than they already are. I would put Detroit=DC.
