How is the West Boulevard area, around w96 street? A friend of mine is moving there and asked me to be his partner in a cheap fixer upper.

Agreed. We wouldn't need anything that large either. We've been thinking we'd prefer a place downtown. Being able to give it a trial run for a few months would be ideal.

Between Laird and Macon, or south of I90?
