It's tough to win in this league with an inexperienced QB. That being said, to me they don't have the look of a well-coached team, compared to where we were five years ago. There are just too many mistakes being made.

As predicted head coach Lake fired at Washington. I am hearing two names from Oregon. OSU head coach Jonathon Smith and Oregon offensive coordinator Joe Moorhead, among others.

Used to be a time when Washington could hire someone better an average OSU coach. He is 15-26 as a head coach at OSU. 6-4 this year and they have ASU and Oregon to finish the season so they might end up 6-6.

The way OSU handled ASU, Oregon better show up to play their A game or the Beavs will hand the Pac 12 North over to WSU.
My prediction, the Beavs by 3, 31 to 28 Beavers

It was a close game. But Oregon recruits in the top ten nationally most years. They have a lot of talent, a lot of speed. OSU should not have been more than a speed bump. Makes you wonder if the teams knows Cristibal is leaving for one of the openings. They just seem less focused than most years.

I'm not really a follower of Utah, but there is something thoroughly enjoyable about watching them completely own Oregon this year.

Utah was very good. Seems like Oregon gets more respect from the polls. Utah wins 5 straight including 38-7 over Oregon and is #17 while Oregon is #10. Oregon struggles down the stretch. Only one easy win. Utah blows everyone out, just one close game.

Nice win for the Washington State Cougars against favored Wisconsin. This team looks sharp. Even with a first year coach! Perhaps can compete in conference, unless of course they "Coug" it. (Sorry, born and raised Husky fan, but atleast I started post with a nicety!)

It was a good win for WSU. Week one the were 28 point favorites and barely beat Idaho. But this might be the only non conference win against a ranked team for the Pac-12 this year. 1-4 so far. Oregon - BYU will be interesting this coming Saturday. At least we will know more about how good Oregon is.
