#14 is either upside down in your attached link or in the Post and Courier article I saw. In the P&C article version I see an abstract dolphin under a star.
Looks like they sort of combined #13 and #14. The picture in the P and C is the correct version, hopefully. On a comical and slightly darker note, when the sea levels rise to Columbia, we may see a dolphin on the flag too. An anamorphic type flag. This design may be more genius than we thought!

So a quick correction, I read Steve Benjamin’s Instagram post on the flag and apparently the flowy things are suppose to signify the rivers and a wing. I can see the wing now, so I can appreciate the flag a bit more. But still... it’s ok. Maybe over time it will become more synonymous with Columbia and identifiable by Columbians.

I guess folks better not get married and move to cali...must be too many attractive people out their to stay married. ...they move to Columbia and turn into slobs and thus are forced to stay together lol
