I think I'm pretty easy to please, but I like the new phrase/tag line. I think this chick is dead-on when talking about Columbia: "As for the shift from “The New Southern Hot Spot” to “The Real Southern Hot Spot,” says Mensink, “We’re not new anymore.” She says it also captures the fact that Columbia is “a laid back, relaxed, friendly genuine place” with “no pretense."
I continue to like "Soda City" Cola, SC. To my knowledge no other City has that type of unique slogan.. and it can be combined.. Soda City, Famously Hot!!!!

Tons of crappy housing developments going up in Irmo, Ballentine, and Chapin. Tons of growth and seems like a hot market in my opinion.
Bluff Road and is slowly transforming from an no mans land into an actual neighborhood. The arrival of the student housing, apartments and retail is making it more of a neighborhood especially with destination attractions like this bowling alley....

I just call Columbia "Cola." Rolls off the tongue nicely.
