that's so stupid!!! If that's the case then who is going to get that old
Mill space behind the Walmart on gateway? If Costco doesn't build there, right now I don't know where else they are going to be able to build in the future?????????????

Maybe a Super Target? That has been needed for a while now. Something on the Midland side to give Walmart a little competition will be nice. Also, a Target could bring in some better clientele than what that Walmart can bring in. I still just wish PC would start getting its own stores so that traffic would clear up a little but more on the Columbus side.

Definitely think PC will. Riverchase and The Brickyard are huge projects. I think Riverchase will see some nice momentum this year.
