Not this office building lol, I feel like it’s coming though, as more developments flood the downtown area, developers are going to start building upwards, finally. And the government center getting demolished which I hate they chose that route, cause that existing building COULD have been renovated to something really nice, like really nice, since it is the tallest building downtown at the moment.

Oh wow, that’s good then! I guess it’s just hard to tell from the current rendering. I wish we could really see them side by side lol.

Have you heard any news (rumors) on Tsys getting rid of their headquarters and relocating else where downtown? Rumor has it that they are planning to sale and that current location will pretty much get demolished to make way for future mixed used high density developments?

I don't know if that's true,but tsys has already sold the majority of their properties in Columbus. They only have two properties left. So it makes sense for them to downsize.

I Really hope they demolish that thing
Broadway could expand/urbanize north and City Village would be connected to Downtown
