Malls are dying out, I agree that it's not a wise choice, especially in the covid climate where a resurgence could doom a lot of these places. Many people feel more comfortable purchasing online.

"Luxury" apartments are a bit of a misnomer. They aren't luxurious by any stretch. Luxury means stainless steel appliances, granite counters, tile shower, and laminate floors. There might be a workout area, a party room, and a outdoor gathering space. We're not talking mid-town Manhattan high rise.

In that case it will probably work.

You mean like insurance, submarines, helicopters, and all the corps and commuters in FFC.

What else would you like to see?

Hard to predict but most likely. Someone who goes on the internet and writes "NYC is dead forever" doesn't make the final decisions. Who died and proclaimed James Altucher as God?
A vaccine and distance of time will let us know.
More CT fear mongering at it's best.

Maybe in Milford CT, but malls are immortal in NJ and out west. Covid is no match for a mall in NJ.

Alot of malls in South are still the place togo also. Maybe because alot of them are open aired malls or luxury branded malls
