I found this interesting as CT is not in the bottom 10 (or should it be top 10?) of worst run states. And CT's position has improved this year over last.

So food for thought what if CT changed how properties are assessed for taxes. The value of the home when you buy it is taxed at that assessment value even if value rises. Make COL a lot easier out here.
